Habitat for Humanity is a global nonprofit housing organization working in local communities across all 50 states in the U.S. and in approximately 70 countries. Habitat’s vision is of a world where everyone has a decent place to live. Habitat works toward our vision by building strength, stability and self-reliance in partnership with families in need of decent and affordable housing. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage.

Pam Ora, Director of Resource Development and Faith Relations for Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties said “Even though we encountered some rain, everyone enjoyed the hot dogs and drinks served by our staff and homeowners and we want to thank Nascar Car Wash for everything they did. We look forward to partnering with them again in the near future.”

Peter Howe, General Manager of Nascar Car Wash agreed that it was a mutually beneficial event for all concerned. “People came out to support Habitat and we had a great time hosting them,” said Howe. “We are very pleased to give back to the community through our Customer Appreciation Day & Fundraiser events.”

Nascar Car Wash is committed to supporting the local community and organizations that benefit its citizens. If someone you know is leading a fundraising effort, please visit the fundraising page of the Nascar Car Wash website for more information on how to participate.
